At Next Step Clearance, we’re always looking for new ways to help homeowners, landlords, and businesses in Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding areas. That’s why we’re pleased to announce the addition of two brand-new property maintenance services: professional jet washing and ride-on lawn mowing. Whether you’re preparing a property for sale, refreshing after a long winter, or simply keeping things looking sharp, we’ve got you covered.
Professional Jet Washing
Outdoor surfaces take a battering over the years — moss, algae, oil stains, and ground-in dirt can make even well-maintained properties look neglected. Our high-pressure jet washing service strips away years of build-up to reveal the clean surface underneath.
What We Jet Wash
- Patios & paving slabs — remove slippery algae and black spot mould
- Driveways & parking areas — lift oil stains, tyre marks, and compacted dirt
- Pathways & walkways — restore grip and kerb appeal
- Garden walls & fences — brighten up tired brickwork and timber panels
- Block paving — clean between joints without dislodging sand
- Commercial yards & forecourts — keep business premises looking professional
Why Choose Professional Jet Washing?
A domestic pressure washer simply doesn’t have the power or flow rate to tackle ingrained stains effectively. Our commercial-grade equipment delivers consistent results in a fraction of the time — and we bring our own water supply where needed, so there’s no inconvenience to you.
- Removes moss, algae, and lichen safely
- No harsh chemicals needed in most cases
- Dramatically improves kerb appeal before a sale or letting
- Reduces slip hazards on wet surfaces
- Fast, efficient, and minimum disruption
Ride-On Lawn Mowing
Got a large garden, paddock, or commercial green space that’s getting out of hand? Our ride-on lawn mowing service is built for exactly that. Using professional ride-on mowers, we deliver a clean, even finish across any size of grass area — quickly and reliably.
Perfect For
- Large residential gardens — save hours of manual mowing every fortnight
- Overgrown plots — bring neglected land back under control
- Rental & investment properties — keep outdoor spaces tidy between tenancies
- Commercial grounds — offices, care homes, schools, and business parks
- Land clearances — combine with our clearance services for a full outdoor reset
Why a Ride-On Mower Makes the Difference
For gardens over 500 square metres, a push mower is simply not practical. Our ride-on machines cover large areas quickly, cut evenly at a consistent height, and can handle slopes and uneven ground that would be exhausting to manage manually. The result: a neat, uniform lawn that looks professionally maintained.
- Handles areas of any size — from large back gardens to open fields
- Consistent cut height throughout
- Suitable for slopes and uneven terrain
- Available as a one-off or on a regular maintenance schedule
- Grass cuttings cleared and removed on request
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do these services cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the area and the condition of the surface or lawn. We offer free, no-obligation quotes — just get in touch and we’ll give you a clear price before any work begins.
Do you cover my area?
We’re based in Kingston upon Thames and cover the surrounding areas including Surbiton, New Malden, Wimbledon, Twickenham, Richmond, and Hampton. If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to travel for larger jobs.
Can I book jet washing and lawn mowing together?
Absolutely. Many customers book both at the same time for a complete outdoor refresh. We’ll schedule everything on the same day where possible to minimise disruption.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the outdoor areas, you don’t need to be present. We’ll always confirm the details with you beforehand and send a message when the job is done.
